tag, just to give enough room to work with.

using PSP9 but any version should work

Ele 6 c/p re-size by
75% leave in the middle of tag
Ele21 c/p pull to the
top of the banner, add a sharpen to the element..
Take your tube and
paste as a new layer, Re-size it by 65%
we are going to use the selection tool
and crop off her
from the waist up to the top of her head,
make the tube even
with the bottom of the sign…
Ele2 c/p re-size by
50% pull to the lower left hand side of tag…
Ele1 c/p re-size by
50% add a drop shadow
Vertical 5
Horizontal 3
Opacity 75
Blur 3
Ele3 c/p re-size by
50% pull to the left hand side
of your tag, beside
ele6…
Ele5 c/p re-size by
30% pull it down to the lower right hand side of tag
Ele33 c/p re-size by
35% pull to the middle of your tag…
Go to the very bottom
layer and
Ele10 c/p re-size by
55% pull it to the upper left hand side of tag
Make it look like
it’s peeking out on the top of the tag
Go to very bottom
layer and flood fill with pp9
Apply mask MC_mask6
up-size it by 115% and add a sharpen more and your drop shadow
Add your copyright
and your done..
