Remove the copyright layer, and the font info, and the bg layer

Click on Center stripes, flood fill with paper11 it will take a few flood fills as there are different colors in this layer

White frames, go into Image profile and negative Image the frame, add a drop shadow of

These settings

Vertical 5

Horizontal 3

Opacity 50

Blur 5

Color black

Click

Click on green oval flood fill with paper9

Top Pink rectangle flood fill with paper1

Do this with bottom pink rectangle also

Top Green Circle flood fill with paper8

Bottom Left green circle flood fill with paper7

Bottom & Top white strip flood fill with paper12 then merge those into one layer, add the drop shadow from above

Leave the white oval the way it is..

Click on white frame, and c/p element11 re-size by 40% pull to the upper right hand side of the frame, then using Control +E mirror a copied one, and pull it to the left hand edge of the frame’s then deselect the element…

Now take your tube and paste it behind the frame, using your selection tool crop just her face and down to where the necklace is showing on the bottom of the frame, cut this out, and paste it.. Put one in each frame, the middle one mirror so it sort of face’s the inside of the tag…

Click on the words in the template I am putting a gradient glow on the words White with gold from the top of the tube.. and I’m adding the same drop shadow from above, except make the opacity 75 instead of 50

Dotted circle apply the same gradient glow as the words

Ok go back to the layer just under the words

Open element19 c/p re-size by 45% pull to the left hand edge of the frames…

**remember to save often if it’s not auto set up to save**

Element7 c/p re-size by 40% pull to the upper left hand edge of the tag, add a sharpen more to the element…

Element 30 c/p re-size by 75% move to the bottom of the tag, add a drop shadow from above, with the opacity of 50, (this is my default drop shadow I use on most drop shadow’s)

Click on the layer that has the leaves

Element 73 c/p re-size by 75% flip vertical and pull to the lower edge of the right side of the tag…

Element 77 c/p re-size by 50% pull to the upper right hand side of tag it will cover the end of the leaf element…

Click on the upper top most layer open element 3 c/p re-size by 25% pull to the bottom right hand side of your tag, then copy control+e mirror one and pull it to the lower left hand edge of your tag…

Now add your copyright and what ever saying you wish to add to your tag and your done..

I always make one for the template maker, since she is always giving away freebies for us to play with…
