Open a 700x700 size tag…

Frame13 c/p re-size by 55% leave in the middle of the tag

Take the close up of the tube your using,  Open element 28 c/p re-size by 30% pull the item so it looks like she is wearing, it, then merge that down on the tube then re-size the tube layer, by 65% pull even with the bottom of the frame…

146 c/p re-size by 55% pull to the lower right hand side of your tag…

150 c/p re-size by 45% pull even with the left hand edge of frame…

153 c/p re-size by 35% pull to the end of 146 so it just overlaps that set of flowers, then mirror it…

86 c/p re-size by 30% pull to the lower right hand side of your tag…

17 c/p re-size by 55% make it look like it’s sitting on the box…

151 c/p re-size by 25% and pull to the edge of the flowers, rotate 45° to the right and pull even with frame…

88 c/p re-size by 25% pull to the bottom edge of rose’s on the left hand side of your frame, then add a sharpen more to the element…

8 c/p mirror, re-size by 55% pull to the upper right hand side of the tag just above the top of frame, add this drop shadow

Color black

44 c/p re-size by 30% pull to the left hand edge of the tag…

36 c/p re-size by 25% pull to the inside side of the box…

177 c/p re-size by 55% pull to the bottom edge of the tag…

50 c/p re-size by 20% pull to the right of the decanter and drink…

26 c/p re-size by 20% pull to the left hand of drink/decanter element…

35 c/p re-size by 20% mirror and pull to the right hand side of cake…

Click on the very bottom layer of your tag, open paper19 using Shift+D to duplicate the image, then re-size by pixels to a 700x700 size paper, flood fill the bottom layer with the re-sized version of the paper…Apply the mask by Rachel Mask20_2 merge into one layer, then add a sharpen more, and the drop shadow from above

Go to upper top layer, add your copyright and credit for artist and kit maker if she requires this…
