Open a 650x650 size tag

Element39 c/p rotate it 90° to the right, then re-size by 75% leave in the middle of the tag…

Element 14 c/p pull to the top of the frame…

Element 23 c/p re-size by 80% then pull to the right hand edge of the frame…

Take the tube paste as a new layer, re-size by 65% pull to the bottom inside edge of frame…

Element 46 c/p pull even with the bottom of the tube…

Element 29 c/p re-size by 40% pull to the right hand edge of the tag…

Element 63 c/p re-size by 55% pull to the far left hand edge of the tag, add a high pass sharpen with these settings

Radius 10

Strength 50

Blend Mode Hard Light

Element 85 c/p re-size by 55% pull to the bottom middle of the tag, at the edge of the water…

Element 62 c/p re-size by 50% pull to the right hand edge of the tag…

Element34 c/p re-size by 25% pull to the upper left hand side of your tag, then add this drop shadow

Vertical 5

Horizontal 3

Opacity 100

Blur 5

Color black

Element 27 c/p re-size by 20% move up to the top right hand side of your tag, then copy the re-sized version and mirror it, and put it above the house, merge the two layers into one, then add a sharpen more to them…

Element 66 c/p move to the upper middle of tag, over shadowing some of the tube, on the top of her head, now copy this layer again, flip vertically re-size by 50% pull it over the house on the left hand side of your tag…

Element 67 c/p pull down to the bottom of your tag, add a sharpen more to the element, you can add it more if you like, depending on how many sparkle’s you want on the tag…

Go to the very bottom layer of your tag, and flood fill with paper7 apply RRMask25_4 then merge the mask layers into one groups, and up-size it by 115%, add a sharpen more to the mask layer…
