Open a 625x625 size tag you can re-size later

Frame15 c/p leave in the middle of your tag…

Moon c/p re-size by 50% pull to cover the middle top of your frame…

Bow2 c/p re-size by 45% pull to the upper right hand corner of your frame…

Corsage c/p re-size by 45% pull to the middle of the grey bow…

Flower10 c/p rotate 25° to the right, re-size by 75% pull so it will be behind the tower(next step)

Tower c/p re-size by 55% pull to the lower left hand edge of the frame…

Tree1 c/p re-size by 55% pull to the left hand side of tower…

Pedestal c/p re-size by 60% pull to the bottom of your frame…

Box1 c/p mirror re-size by 55% pull to the far bottom right hand edge of the pedestal…

Take the tube and paste as a new layer, re-size her by 75% pull her to the front edge of the pedestal…

Crow c/p re-size by 20% pull to the upper top of the tube, where it looks like it is sitting on her hand…

Chest c/p re-size by 40% pull to the tree, in front of it…

Chair2 c/p mirror re-size by 40% pull over in front of box…

Book2 c/p re-size by 20% pull in front of the chest…

Bottle2 c/p re-size by 20% put this on top of the box, where it looks like it is sitting on it, add a sharpen more to the element…

Pillow c/p re-size by 25% pull to the left hand edge of the chair…

Go to the very bottom of your tag open paper1 flood fill that layer

Apply the mask from above, then merge the group into a layer, add a drop shadow

Vertical 5

Horizontal 3

Opacity 100

Blur 5

Color deep red
