I am using the font Amazon BT,  or a font of your choice.

Open a 650x650 size tag, you can re-size later

Frame7 c/p re-size by 65%,

Bow4 c/p re-size by 70% pull to the top part of your frame…

Leaf6 c/p rotate it 45° to the right re-size by 45% pull to the right hand edge of frame…

Flower2 c/p re-size by 50% pull to the bottom edge of leaves…

Leaf scatter c/p re-size by 75% pull to the very bottom edge of your frame…

Now take a close up of the tube, paste it behind the frame, pull it to where just her face is showing, using your magic want, click on the inside of frame, then re-click on the tube, and go into selections modify expand by 10 cut that out, then delete the rest of the tube…

Lamp c/p re-size by 55% pull to the left hand edge of frame…

Books 2 c/p re-size by 40% pull to the lower left hand edge of tag…

Books c/p re-size by 55% pull to the right hand edge of books2

Books3 c/p re-size by 45% pull to the lower right hand edge of your tag…

Phone c/p re-size by 35% pull to the lower left hand bottom edge of books…

Bird c/p re-size by 30% pull to make it look like it is hanging on the leaves on the right hand edge of the tag…

Clock1 c/p re-size by 35% pull to the lower right hand edge of the tag, just in front of books3

Bus c/p re-size by 30% pull to the right hand edge of telephone…

Go to the very bottom layer of your tag flood fill with paper12 apply the mask from above or one of your choice..

 One for Kit maker and mask lady
