Hello this tutorial was written in PSP9, but any version should work.

This is written out of my own mind and thoughts.

It is never meant to look like yours or others.

Open a 700x700 size tag; you can re-size this later if you wish.

F6 c/p re-size by 55%

95 c/p re-size by 60% pull to the top most part of your frame…

Take the close up of your tube, and paste as a new layer, re-size by 80%

131 flip vertical re-size by 60% pull to the bottom of the tag…

111 c/p re-size by 45% pull to the lower left hand edge of your tag…

116 c/p re-size by 65% pull to the bottom edge of ribbon…

43 c/p re-size by 25% pull to the lower right hand edge of your tag…

2 c/p re-size by 25% pull to the left hand edge of your mushroom…

34 c/p re-size by 25% pull to the left hand edge of your tag…

42 c/p re-size by 25% pull to the upper left hand corner of tag, covering the garland…

114 c/p re-size by 30% pull this to the upper right hand edge of tag, covering the end of the garland…

39 c/p re-size by 25% pull to the lower left hand edge of tag…

112 c/p re-size by 75% pull even with the bottom of the house, using Control + E mirror and pull even with the house

59 c/p re-size by 45% pull, it to the right hand edge of the mushroom…

102 c/p re-size by 35% pull to the middle of the red leaves…

109 c/p re-size by 20% pull to the right hand edge of house…

76 c/p re-size by 35% pull to the edge of the bottle of wine…

140 c/p re-size by 60% paste as a new layer, then copy re-sized version and mirror and flip it so some is on the bottom of the tag, and some on the top…

Go down to the very bottom layer of your tag, using your rectangle tool and paper10 draw a rectangle to fit behind the frame, merge into a raster layer…

Flood fill the bottom layer with paper 24 apply the mask from above or one of your choice..

Go back to the top layer of your tag, add a new raster layer, to add your copyright and give credit to kit maker if she requires it..
