When working with a full size tube, with multiple layers make sure you pick the layers you want on the tube. I picked the blue swim top and green skirt so it would match and blend with the kit. I am also making a close up, and a smaller size of tube at 600 pixels high…

Open a 700x700 size tag you can always re-size it later…

Frame13 c/p re-size by 60% leave in the middle of your tag…

Take the close up of your tag paste re-size by 60 %( from full size) mirror and pull to the middle of the frame…

180 c/p re-size by 50% pull to the left bottom edge of your tube…

82 c/p re-size by 60% pull to the bottom of the frame…

11 c/p re-size by 50% pull to the left hand edge of frame, pull it up to it covers some of her left arm on the left hand side of the tag…

148 c/p re-size by 60% mirror pull to the right hand edge of your frame…

117 c/p re-size by 50% pull to the middle of the tree above…

158 c/p mirror re-size by 50% pull to the lower right hand edge of sand…

65 c/p re-size by 45% pull to the lower right hand edge of tag…

64 c/p re-size by 25% pull to the left hand edge of tag…

63 c/p re-size by 20% pull over the sea star element…

62 c/p re-size by 20% pull to the left hand edge of tag…

5 c/p re-size by 20% pull to the left hand bottom of tag…

Go to the bottom layer of your tag, flood fill with paper 27 apply the mask by dee from above, merge into one raster layer, and add a sharpen more to the layer…
