Open a 700x700 size tag you can re-size later…

Frame2 c/p re-size by 70% leave in the middle of the frame…

Rose vine c/p mirror pull to the far right hand side of frame…

Bug c/p mirror re-size by 30% pull up to the top of vine add a drop shadow

Vertical 5

Horizontal 3

Opacity 100

Blur 5

Color black

I am using the close up version of this tube c/p re-size by 55% pull to the bottom edge of the frame…

Flower broach rotate it 40° to the right pull to cover the bottom of your tube re-size by 60%...

Potted Flower c/p re-size it by 55% pull to the right hand edge of tag…

Rose candle c/p re-size by 40% pull to the lower left hand edge of tag…

Candle c/p re-size by 30% pull to the middle of candles…

Flower c/p re-size by 30% pull to the lower right …

Canisters c/p re-size by 30% pull to the left of flower…

Pear c/p re-size by 25% pull to the left of canisters…

Open the word art add a Corona with these settings

This is the color of pink I used  HTML#dd7e6d, then re-size it by40% add the same color as a gradient glow of the word then add the drop shadow from above…

Butterfly Trial c/p add drop shadow from above but with opacity make it 55%, then pull it to the left hand edge of your tag…

Go down to the bottom layer flood fill with paper8 apply mask from above, merge the group and add a sharpen more to the mask layer…
