I up-sized the canvas size to 650x650 so it will all fit better, you can re-size it how every you wish to do it.

When using a full size tube I always like to make a close up, and a smaller version where the height is no bigger than 600 pixels…

Go down to the background layer and delete the color on it.

Raster 1 flood fill  with paper9

Raster 2 flood fill with paper10

Raster 3 flood fill with paper7

Frame 2 c/p re-size by 65% pull so it covers the outer edge of the circle…

Raster 5 flood fill with paper3

Raster 6 flood fill with paper6

Raster9 flood fill with paper6 add this gradient glow

I used a Glow width of 4 you can always add more if you wish…

Add this drop shadow

Vertical 5

Horizontal 3

Opacity 100

Blur5

Color black

On raster 10 I’m adding a glow of bright blue and the same drop shadow from above…

Raster 8 I’m adding the same blue glow from above, but no drop shadow…

Click on raster 7 open Ribbon2 rotate 90° to the right and re-size it by 70% pull to the left hand edge of the box’s on raster 7

Bow 2 c/p re-size by 50% rotate 45° to the left hand pull to the top of ribbon…

Go back to the top most layer of your tag…

Take the re-sized version of the tube, c/p re-size by 70% mirror and pull so she just sit’s by the word Thing, but move the word up

Table c/p re-size by 45% pull to the lower right hand edge of tag…

Flowerstand c/p re-size by 25% pull to the far right edge of table…

Pitcher(phone) c/p re-size by 25% pull to the middle bottom of table on the ground…

Polish c/p re-size it by 15% pull to the left hand edge of the flower…

Lipstick c/p re-size by 15% pull to the left hand side of polish…

Sunglass c/p re-size by 15% pull to make it look like she is holding them in her hands on her leg…

Pearlbox c/p re-size by 15% pull to the far left hand edge of table…

Bird c/p re-size by 30% pull to the T in sweet, so it looks like it is sitting on the letter T…

Kitten c/p re-size by 35% pull so it is sitting beside her on her left hand edge of tube…

Instead of using a mask in this tag, just use scatter and paste as the bottom layer..

Go back up to the top most layer and add your copyright and give Wicked Princess credit as she dose require it, in a tag….
