This tutorial is written in Corel X5, but any version should work.

Open a 700x700 You can always re-size later

Frame2 c/p re-size by 70% leave in the middle of the tag…

Take your tube and paste over the frame, re-size it by 65% you’ll cover up the bottom part of tube later…

Clover sucker c/p re-size by 30% pull up to make it look like she is holding them in her hand…

Flowers c/p re-size by 70% pull to the lower left hand edge of the tag…

Clover swirl c/p re-size by 75% pull to the right hand edge of tag…

Rainbow with Gold c/p re-size by 55% pull to the middle of the tube…

Beer c/p re-size by 30% pull to the left hand side of pot of gold…

Elf c/p re-size by 50% pull to stand on top of rainbow…

Luck bag c/p re-size by 35% pull to the left hand edge of beer…

Sparkles c/p leave as fall on the tag…

Go to bottom layer and flood fill with paper10 apply the mask

Merge the group into one layer and add a sharpen more to the mask

And add this drop shadow

Vertical 5

Horizontal 3

Opacity 100

Blur 5

Color black

Go back to the top layer and add a new raster layer and add your copyright and credit for kit maker if she/he requires it..
