This tutorial is written in Corel X5, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 725x725 size tag

 

Open paper 1 size it down to fit in our canvas then apply mask from above

E27 c/p size down by 65% pull to the middle of the mask

E14 c/p size down by 29% pull to the upper left above the rocks

E10 c/p mirror size down by 29% pull to lay on rocks

Take the colorized version of the tube you wish to use I’m using the one with a slight purple tint to the tube with purple mermaid things

Size her down by 25% pull to the left of rocks

E5 c/p size it down by 35% pull to the right edge of your tag

E109 c/p size down by 35% pull to sit on right of rock

E20 c/p mirror size it down by 29% pull to sit on left of purple plant

E22 c/p size the chest down by 35% pull to sit in front of rock with plant

E16 c/p size the fish down by 22% pull to the top of purple plant

E31 c/p size down by 33% pull to sit in front of chest

E66 c/p size down by 33% pull to sit in front of your tube

E9 c/p size down by 34% pull to the upper right of your tag

E18 c/p size down by 35% pull to hang on the left edge of your tube

E33 c/p size down by 23% pull to sit on the wheel

E71 c/p size down by 55% pull to float over your tube

Add a new raster layer for the copyright and credit to the kit maker, add a saying to the tag and you’re done
