This tutorial is written in Corel 2021, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 750x750

Frame 9 c/p size it down by 90%

E3 c/p size the grass down by 50%, then pull  the 1^st copy to the left edge of your frame the 2^nd one to the right edge of your frame

E60 c/p size this down by 75% pull to the far right edge of your frame

E65 c/p size the rocks down by 55% pull to sit in front of tree

E9 c/p mirror size this dragon down by 45% pull to the right edge of rocks

Take the tube we are using, c/p her size her down by 25% (colorize, and put what layers you want on the tube)

E25 c/p size this mushroom down by 35% pull to the left edge of dragon

E55 c/p size this mushroom down by 25% pull to sit in front of dragon

E76 c/p size this down by 25% pull to sit in front of the tube

E38 c/p size this house down by 25% pull to left edge of rocks

E21 c/p mirror size this down by 25% pull to sit on right edge of rocks

E39 c/p size the gnome down by 15% make him stand by the mushroom house 

E45 c/p size down by 23% pull to sit on right of cat

E30 c/p size down by 15% pull to sit on left of cat

E34 c/p size the fox down by 15% pull to sit on left of mushroom house. E59 c/p mirror size the lizard down by 15% pull to lay on top of the mushroom house.

E19 c/p size the leaves down by 15% pull to sit in between gnome and bunny

Click on bottom layer of your tag flood fill with paper2 apply mask from above, merge into one raster layer…

Click on top most layer of your tag add a new raster layer for credits and a saying or name
