This tutorial is written in Corel 2021, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 750x750

Frame 9 c/p leave as it falls in the tag

Take the tube we are using (Standing tube will work best) size her down by 35%

E47 c/p; pull it to the bottom of the tube

E48 c/p size the tree down by 75% pull to the left edge of the ground

E 59 c/p size this dragon down by 45% pull to sit in front of tree

E45 c/p mirror size this down by 55% pull to the right edge of the tag

E25 c/p size this down by 40% pull to the right of skeleton coming out of the ground

E46 c/p size the ghost down by 45% pull to be in front of your tree

E12 c/p size this bunny down by 25% pull to stand on left of dragon

E42 c/p size the cat down by 25% pull to the middle of the tag

E38 c/p size this cat down by 25% pull to sit under the lantern

E21 c/p size the book down by 25%pull to sit in front of black and white cat

E22 c/p size the ink pot down by 25% pull to sit on right edge of the book

E56 c/p size this dragon down by 25% pull to sit in front of the other dragon

E54 c/p size the black fairy down by 25% pull to hang beside the right side of the tubes head

E52 c/p size the witch down by 25% pull to the left of skull w/dragon

Click on bottom layer of your tag flood fill with paper 3 apply mask from above, merge into a group layer…

 

Click on the top most layer of your tag add a new raster layer for the copyrights and credit to the kit maker, add a saying to the tag and you’re done…
