This tutorial is written in Corel 2021, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 750x750 size tag (size down at the end

E12 c/p size this down by 75%

E25 c/p size this down by 75%

Add this drop shadow for this layer only

Vertical 12

Horizontal 12

Opacity 24

Blur 15

Color black

Take the tube we are using I also added the bear with the tube c/p size her down by 17% pull to sit on the throne

E25 c/p pull to the right edge of the tube add the drop shadow from above 
e34 c/p size this down by 34% pull to sit on left edge of the throne

E28 c/p size this down by 49% pull to the far left edge of the tag

E33 c/p size this down by 55% pull to the far right edge of tag

E26 c/p size this bear down by 33% pull to sit in front of other bear

E15 c/p size the little bear down by 33% pull to sit on left edge of other bear

E22 c/p size this down by 25% pull to sit in front of little bear

E50 c/p size this down by 30% pull to stand on the left side of tag in front of the tree

E9 c/p size this down by 25% pull to sit on left edge of crystals

E44 c/p size this down by 25% pull to stand in front of the deer

E89 c/p size this down by 25% pull to make it look like it is leaning on crystal

E31 c/p size this down by 12% pull to stand on right edge of sitting big bear

E48 c/p size this owl down by 25% pull to sit beside the staff

E72 c/p size this down by 25% pull to sit in front of white fox

E11 c/p leave as this falls on the tag

Size the tag down to 700x700 (if you need to)

Make a new raster for the tag so you can add your copyright’s and credit to kit maker if they require this, add a saying to the tag and you’re done…
