This tutorial is written in Corel 2021, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 750x750 size tag

Frame 1 c/p size this down by 85%

E21 c/p size this down by 60% pull to the middle of the frame

E36 c/p size this down by 65% pull to the left edge of the tag

E34 c/p size this down by 51% pull to the right edge of the rocks

E31 c/p size this down by 50% pull to sit in front of plant leaves

Take the version of the tube you want to use c/p size her down by 35% pull to the middle of the tag

E26 c/p size this down by 35% pull one copy to the left edge of the tube take a 2^nd copy and mirror pull so it sits on the right of her knees

E49 c/p size this down by 35% pull to sit on left edge of the rocks

E22 c/p size this down by 50% pull to sit on right edge of rocks

E39 c/p size this down by 29% pull to sit in front of your tube

E24 c/p size this down by 17% pull to sit in front of blue plant in front of rocks on right side of your tag

E18 c/p size this down by 14% pull to sit on left edge of mermaid on sand

E46 c/p size this down by 18% pull to sit by jug

E20 c/p size this down by 21% pull to sit on her knee

E8 c/p size this down by 21% pull to sit on right of mermaid

E19 c/p pull 1^st copy to the far right edge of your tag, take a 2^nd copy and pull to the left edge of your tube

Click on bottom layer of your tag

Flood fill with paper 2 apply mask from above, merge into one layer, then add a sharpen to the layer

Click on top most layer of the tag,

Add a new raster layer for the copyrights and credit to kit make, add a saying to the tag and you’re done..
