Frame 2 c/p size this down by 55%

50 c/p size this down by 55% leave in the frame

Take Halloween color 2 c/p size this down by 32% pull to the left of your tag

4 c/p size this down by 19% pull to the far right edge of your tag

115 c/p size this down by 20% pull to sit on left of cat on pumpkin

9 c/p size this down by 20% pull to the far left of your  tag

30 c/p size this down by 20% pull so the witch is standing on the big pumpkin on the window

31 c/p size this down by 15% pull to sit in front of the tube

148 c/p mirror size this down by 15% pull to the far right edge of your tag

198 c/p size this down by 20% pull to hang off the top of the window

10 c/p size this down by 15% pull to sit by black cat on right with the hat on

184 c/p size this down by 15% pull to the upper right top of the tag

75 c/p size this down by 12% pull to the left edge of your tag

5 c/p size this down by 12% pull to sit on left edge of the books

150 c/p size this down by 10% pull to hang in the air in front of the witch cat, with the pumpkin in her hand

Take word art 1 c/p size this down by 13% pull to the top of the tag

Make a gradient glow with with and orange from the pumpkins in the tag add this drop shadow

Click on top most layer of your tag add a new raster for the copyrights credit to kit maker, then add a saying to the tag and you’re done…
