This tutorial is written in Corel 2021, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 750x750

Frame 177-9 c/p size this down by 75%

43 c/p size this down by 55% pull to the far left edge of your tag

19 c/p pull to the bottom of your frame, c/p a 2^nd layer then pull to cover bottom of other layer of snow

30 c/p size this down by 60% pull to the far right edge of the snow

52 c/p size this down by 35% pull to the left edge of your snow

56 c/p size this down by 46% pull to stand in front of snowy branches

Take the tube we are using c/p mirror size her down by 30% pull to sit in front left of the tree

6 c/p size this down by 15% pull to stand in front of the pine trees

57 c/p mirror size this down by 11% pull to fly on left side of your frame

27 c/p size this down by 18% pull to sit on left front of the tube

2 c/p size this down by 158% pull to sit in the tree on right side of your tag

3 c/p size this down by 14% pull to sit on the far left pine tree

10 c/p size this down by 14% pull to the far left edge of the snow by the white fox

95 c/p size this down by 35% pull to sit on the right side of the tube

58 c/p mirror size this down by 18% pull this to sit on the grey ground on the dragon

73 c/p mirror then size this down by 20% pull to sit on right of mushroom

25 c/p size this down by 20% pull to sit in front of the dragon on right side of your tag

24 c/p size this down by 23% pull to sit in front of the dog

37 c/p size this down by 15% pull to sit on right edge of pinecones

85 c/p leave as it falls on the tag

Click on bottom layer of your tag

26 c/p size this down by 23% pull to sit behind the frame on the upper right of the tag

 flood fill with paper 177(5) then apply the mask from above merge into one raster layer use a high pass sharpen default settings

 Click on top most layer of your tag add a new raster layer for the copyrights and credit to kit maker, add a saying to the tag and you are done…
