This tutorial is written in Corel 2023, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 750x750 size tag, you can size down at the end

Frame 7 c/p size this down by 60%

104 c/p size this down by 60% pull to the far left edge of the frame

52 c/p mirror size this down by 55%pull to the far right edge of the frame

42 c/p size this down by 35% pull to the far left edge of the fence

Take the colorized version of the tube you wish to use, i’m also using the skeleton, with the scythe, c/p size her down by 15% mirror her and pull to sit on in front of purple three 

28 c/p pull this to the bottom of the tag, size it down by 65%

36 c/p size this down by 16% pull to the left edge of the fog

50 c/p size this down by 31% pull to sit in front of the book with the tube

20 c/p size this down by 14% pull to sit by skeleton with the book

45 c/p size this down by 25% pull to sit in front of her feet

5 c/p size this down by 25% pull to the upper left top edge of the tag

80 c/p size this down by 17% pull to sit in between purple pumpkin and the cauldron 

116 c/p size this down by  35% pull to sit on right edge of the purple pumpkin

29 c/p size this down by 11% pull to float above the cauldron

69 c/p size this down by 14% pull to sit on left edge of the cauldron

11 c/p size this down by 14% pull to sit on left of the skulls

117 c/p size this down by 11% pull to the far right edge of the tag

78 c/p  size this down by 11% pull to sit on right edge of the other bottle

116 c/p size this down by 11% pull so the skull is sitting on the purple pumpkin on left side of your tag

Click on bottom layer of your tag

Open paper 5 size this down by 700x700 apply mask from above, then merge this into one layer

Click back on top most layer of your tag add a new raster layer for the credits and copyright’s for tube, make sure you have a valid License number to use this artist work, You can add a saying to the tag and you’re done…
