Open a 750x750

Frame 3 c/p size this down by 50%

48 c/p flip vertical size this down by 36% pull to the upper left top of frame
34 c/p size this down by 25% pull to the lower left edge of the frame

14 c/p size this down by 35% pull to sit on right edge of the wheels/cogs

1 c/p mirror size this down by 35% pull to the middle right of the frame

Take the full size version of the tube with her dragon, c/p size her down by 27% pull to the middle of the frame

46 c/p size this down by 40% pull to cover up the feet on your tube

30 c/p size this down by 25% pull to hang off the bottom of E1

31 c/p size this down by 22% pull to sit in between the flowers on the right edge of E46

12 c/p size this down by 15% pull to sit on the left middle of E46

33 c/p size this down by 21% pull to the far left edge of the tag

10 c/p size this down by 15% pull to sit on right edge of the bird

37 c/p size this down by 23% pull to sit in between the white flower and green paper flower

16 c/p size this down by 16% pull to sit on left of the sunflowers by the bird

5 c/p size this down by 16% pull to sit in between the tan flower and gears

43 c/p size this down by 15% pull to lay on the top left of the gears in the middle of the frame

7 c/p size this down by 15% pull to sit on the top left of the globe in E1

Click on bottom layer of your tag flood with paper4 apply the mask merge into a group layer, then size this down by 85% add a sharpen and drop shadow 

Drop Shadow is 

Vertical 5

Horizontal 3

Opacity 59

Blur 5

Color black

Click back on top most raster of your tag add a new layer for the copyrights and credit to kit maker, Make sure you have a valid License to use her work
