This tutorial is written in Corel 2023, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

I am using a FTU template by 

Miz Teeques Temp 134

Open the template using Shift+D duplicate it, then close the original 

Remove the copyright layer, and the white background I sized this down by 615x615

1,2,9,11, Flood will with this color 

Layer 3 and 6 flood will with paper8

Layers 4&7 flood will with paper7
5&8 flood fill with paper 9
10&12 paper 2

Delete layers 13 and 14

Click on top layer 

Open up the tube c/p mirro size this down by 49% pull to match the left side of the rectangle
E2 c/p size this down by 56% pull to the bottom of the tube

22 c/p size this down by 51% pull to the left side of the bow

32 c/p size this down by 46% pull to the right edge of the tube

35 c/p size this down by 46% pull to the right of the bow

Click on raster 5 Open E14 c/p size this down by 50%pull so it show over the circle 

Click on raster 12 open E36 c/p size this down by 56% pull so it shows on the right edge of the layer

Click on top most raster

E46 c/p mirror size this down by 60% pull to sit on the very top of the tube

Add a new raster layer for the copyright for the tube (Make sure you have a valid license for what store you got this at) I got mine at DAH

Add your words you want on the tag and you’re done…
