I’m doing a Time Line Banner tutorial

The size I use is 825x315

Paper6 flood fill bottom layer

Elem 2 c/p mirror image and pull to the bottom of your banner

You will want to put a White Drop shadow on the element

These Settings

Vertical 5

Horizontal 3

Opacity 100

Blur 5

Color White

Take your cat tube and paste it

then pull it over the to far right hand side of banner…

Elem 65 c/p re-size it  by 75% pull it to the upper

top right hand corner of your banner

Elem 55 c/p x4(all on one layer)

Take the first one; put it on the bottom right hand corner of frame

Use Control + E and paste it 3 more times each on a strip of the frame…

Elem 60 c/p re-size by 45% pull to the second opening in the frame…

Elem22 while element is open use your selection tool and copy out just the top two item on the element , c/p that selection and paste it on the far left hand side of the frame…

Elem 53 c/p pull to the left hand side of your banner

Elem 8 c/p re-size by 75% pull to the left hand side of the cat element

Elem 20 copy and paste it , then using Ctrl+E paste it 3 more times over the banner

Add your copyright and what ever saying you wish to use on the banner

Unzip the Time line banner

Click on Stamp background flood fill with Paper 11

Click on Border

Apply this Drop shadow to the border

Vertical 5

Horizontal 3

Opacity 100

Blur 5

Color black

Go back to the stamp background

Elem40 c/p re-size by 75% leave in the middle of your tag

Now take your tube and copy paste as new layer

Re-size by 50% and pull him over to the right hand edge of banner

Elem29 c/p re-size by 40% pull over to the left hand side of your banner

Elem 66 C/p re-size by 40% pull over the feet of the dragon

Elem36 c/p re-size by 25% pull to the edge of Elem40 on the left hand side, add a sharpen to the element

Elem63 c/p re-size by 25% paste on top of border by snow tree(elem36)

Elem19 c/p rotate 45° to the right and re-size by 40% pull it over to the left hand side of banner, then add a sharpen more to the element…

Elem2 c/p re-size by 50% add a sharpen more x2 then copy it mirror it and pull it to the right and left hand side of tag

Elem 72 c/p re-size by 50% add a sharpen more and pull it to the middle of the banner

Add your copyright to the banner

*note remember URL’s are not allowed on TimeLine banners*

***just a note, if you re-size elements make sure you sharpen them***

Open a 600x600 size tag

Using the frame i'm sharing copy and paste as a new layer

 remove the words in the middle of the frame

Open element 31 c/p re-size by 50 pull the middle of element 9- make sure you sharpen this one, so we don’t’ lose the texture of the flower

Element 35 re-size by 45% and pull to the lower right hand side of frame...

Element 37 c/p re-size by 45% then pull it in front of candy canes

Ok, open element 49 use Shift+D to make a new one, close the old one

You will want to c/p this as a new layer, above all other layers, pull it to the very bottom of the tag, above the can, using your opacity by 54%

Now the next step is using the same element 49 But you are going to negative image it, and pull it to the very bottom layer of your tag behind the frame, copy paste it and mirror that one, then copy paste the element again and pull one to the left hand side, the other to the right hand side of the frame…

Element 5 c/p as a new layer and cut out everything on the outside of the frame, sharpen and pull to the middle of the frame..

Open paper 9 re-size this to 600x600 so it can be pasted as a new layer, to apply a mask too.. Sharpen it after you re-size it to the 600 size ok…

After copy and pasting the Paper as a new layer behind frame, but above elements you will apply the rebel designz maks marked June9 merge the group into one layer.

After merging this group, you will re-size the layer by 95% and add a sharpen to that layer...

Open your tube, and if it is a full "standing" tube paste it above all layers pull it to the left hand side of the tag...

I'm using the font KabareH or you can use the font of your choice

Black outline and a white sparkle inside of font with a light purple gradient glow and a drop shadow on the font..
