Open a 725x725

Frame 4 c/p size this down by 60% leave as it falls on the tag

42 c/p pull behind the frame

17 c/p leave this as it falls on top of the frame

18 c/p pull to the right edge of the frame

53 c/p pull to the bottom of the frame

Take the colorized version of the tube we are using (pink and blue to match the kit)

Paste her size her down by 45% pull to the bottom of the tag

14 c/p size this down by 25% pull to sit by her hand that is on the floor

11 c/p size the cake down by 40% pull to the right by her feet

43 c/p size this down by 31% pull to sit by compact

15 c/p size this down by 27% pull to sit on left edge of compact

45 c/p size this down by 55% pull to sit on right of nail polish

51 c/p size this down by 31% pull to sit in front of nail polish

52 c/p size this down by 31% pull to sit on left of perfume

1 c/p size this down by 56% duplicate the sized down version, them merge them into one layer

28 c/p mirror size this down by 32% pull to sit on left edge of the cake

26 c/p size this down by 29% pull to sit on stem of purple flowers

34 c/p size this down by 55% pull to the upper right over the purple glitter

Click on bottom layer of your tag flood fill with paper 3 apply mask from above, merge it into one layer…

Click on top most layer of your tag add a new raster layer for the License #’s and credit to the kit maker, make sure you have a valid PFD number to use this tube, add a saying to the tag and you’re done…

** when showing off a tag you make with this tutorial only use the copyright for the tag you are using and credit to the kit maker, Never put copyright and my tutorial link, this is against any artist TOU

E46 c/p flip vertical, rotate 45° to the right size down by 55% pull to sit on top of her dress

E62 c/p mirror rotate 90° to the left pull this to the top right edge of the curtains

E24 c/p size this down by 65% pull to top of the tag

E40 c/p size this down by 29% rotate 90° to the right pull to sit on right edge of black rose

E22 c/p size this down by 55% pull to sit by roses

E32 c/p size this down by 25% pull to the top middle of the tag

E8 c/p size this down by 25% pull to sit on top of the clock

Click on bottom layer of your tag

Open paper 2 draw a rectangle behind the frame, merge into a raster layer

Click on top most layer of your tag add a new raster layer for credits to kit maker and the tube make sure you have a valid Mystical Scraps License to use this tube 

Add a name or saying to the tag and you’re done…
