This tutorial is written in Corel 2021, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

I am using a tube

Vampire_2 (I’m using the green layer)

 Verymany Tubes

Open a 750x750

Frame 4 c/p size this down by 50%

Take the tube we are using c/p size her down by 35% pull to stand on inside of the frame

E21 c/p rotate 90° to the right , then size it down by 73% pull to the far right edge of the tag, some will overlap the tube

E25 c/p size this down by 60% pull to the far right edge of the tag

E13 c/p size this down by 60% pull to sit just on the left edge of E25

E43 c/p size this down by 60% pull to the lower right of E25

E8 c/p flip vertical size this down by 60% pull so it looks like it is coming off the candles in her hand

E31 c/p size this flower down by 35% pull to sit in the middle of leaves

E32 c/p size this down by 35% pull to sit below the green flower

E35 flip vertical size this down by 30% pull to sit on left of other flowers

E38 c/p size this down by 30% pull to the bottom of all flowers

E28 c/p pull this to hang over the bottom right of the tag

E12 c/p size these down by 73% pull to the lower left edge of the tag

Click on bottom layer of your tag

Take E19 paste this 2 times on towards the top and the 2^nd one towards the bottom of the tag

 

Click on top layer of your tag, add a new raster layer for the credit and copyrights to the tag: add a saying to the tag and you’re done…
