re-size this layer by 110% to make it look bigger...

Open dangles and c/p re-size by 70% pull them behind the frame, 

make sure none are on the outside of the frame, use your eraser tool to clean them off

Open Bear Smores5, and c/p as new layer re-size by 45% 

and move to the bottom left hand side of the tag...

Open cupcake2 c/p then re-size by 45% pull it to the lower right hand 

side of the frame..

Open Bunny boots, and c/p and re-size by 45% pull it to beside the cupcake

open SSP-Star c/p re-size by 45% and pull to the upper left hand side, 

Copy this layer and paste as a new layer, mirror this and colorize it to pink; add a default drop shadow 5/3 is mine, to both stars, you can merge them into one layer, I did it this way..

open penguin c/p and re-size by 45% pull over the Smorebear...

Since your tag is still in layers, i want you to pick the tube you wish to use, and paste it above the frame layer, it should be between the two stars.. I can't tell you what size to re-size it to, because the tube i used is huge.. and i had to re-size it many times to make it look good.

When you do not use a tube make sure you always add words to the tags, you share as it is against most scrap maker's TOU to not add words to a tag you make..

Ok i'm doing two different version's of the final tag, one with just a saying on it, and one with a tube.
