or your font of choice... 

Open a 600x600 tag

Frame-1 re-size by 70%

Element 50 re-size by 50% and paste it behind the frame

Copy that layer and paste it again behind that flower, mirror the flower, flip the flower and pull it down to the bottom part of frame just where the leaves are sticking out, merge the two flowers into on layer; sharpen the layer after merging them…

Now take your tube, and paste it behind your frame, I had to re-size mine by 70% and cut around the inside of the frame just so her face is showing…

Element 57 copy and paste as a new layer above the frame, re-size by 90%…

Open element 18 paste as a new layer re-size by 45% and pull it to the lower right hand side of frame…

Open paper 8 and flood fill the bottom layer, apply mask 45^^from above

And merge the layers of mask, then re-size the mask layer by 110% to make it a little bit bigger…

Element 49 copy paste above the frame layer, but behind the grass item

Mirror this rotates it by 45 degrees to the left hand side then re-sizes it by 50% and pull it down to the bottom of the frame…
