Open a 610x610 size tag, it will be easier to add things to it..

Frame3 c/p re-size by 55% and leave in the middle

Take your tube and paste it behind the frame

Using your selection tool select inside of the frame, then click on the tube layer

Go into Selections Modify >Expand 5, Contorl+X then delete the other parts of the tube, paste it behind the middle of the frame…

SM Bow With Ribbon2 c/p re-size by 45% pull up to the upper top left hand side of frame, add a sharpen more

SD RM Garden c/p re-size by 45% pull to the lower right hand side of the tag…

Ok, now take SD RM Rose 5* you are going to need to go into your re-size and switch to pixels, and on the height make it 500 make sure to re-size all layers,

Now c/p and switch the re-size by to %, make sure to uncheck the re-size all layers

I re-sized it by 40% and pulled it to the bottom of the bow…

SD RM Rose 2 c/p re-size by 25% pull to the lower left by the middle of the frame…

SD RM candlebra02 you will need to go into the pixel re-size again and make it 500on the height so we can use it in the tag…

Take the re-sized image and c/p re-size it by 50%, make sure you uncheck the re-size all layers…

String of Rose’s c/p re-size by 50% pull up to the upper top, where the far red rose is in the middle of the white bow…

Go down to the very botoom layer and flood fill with paper1, apply the mask, then merge the mask into one layer, then up-size by 115%, add a sharpen more to the mask layer…

Add your copyright and what ever saying you wish to have on the tag…
