Hello this tutorial was written in Corel X5, 

It’s written in hopes you have a working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro. 

This should be able to work in any version of PSP…

This was written from my own mind, not yours or anyone else’s... 

If it looks like yours it was not meant to….

I am using a PTU Scrap kit and matching tube

Open a 610x610

Frame 5 c/p re-size by 85% copy that, paste rotate 45° to the right copy that layer, and do the rotate 45° to the right Merge all of the layers into one frame…

Clip2 c/p re-size by 60% move to the upper right hand side of your frame, it should look like it is clipped on one of the frame...

Take your tube paste it and re-size it by 60% pull to the bottom edge of your frame…

Building c/p re-size by 50% pull to the lower left hand side of frame…

Car2 c/p mirror, re-size by 45% pull to the lower right hand side of tag…

Laptop c/p mirror re-size by 35% pull to the left hand edge of building

Go to the very bottom layer C/p swirldoodle2 paste pull to the right hand side of tag,

Paste a 2^nd time on new layer, mirror it and pull to the left hand side of the tag, then merge the two layers into one, put this drop shadow on them

Vertical 5

Horizontal 3

Opacity 50

Blur 5

Color black

Now go back to the upper top most layer,

c/p cat, and re-size by 35% pull in the middle of car and laptop…

Camera c/p re-size by 35% move just in front of the laptop…

Music Player c/p re-size by 25% pull to the right hand side over the car…

Add a new layer, to put your copyright on to, and make sure to give Wicked Princess Credit on the tag, since that’s in her TOU’s now..
