Open a 700x700 size tag (you can re-size it later)
I am shorting the elements name with BF# what ever number or F if it is a frame

When working with a full size tube you will want to make one with the highest height 550 pixels …

BF-F9 c/p re-size by 60% leave in the middle of the tag…

BF121 c/p re-size 60% flip vertical pull to the top middle of the frame…

BF70 c/p re-size by 65% pull to the left hand edge of the frame…

BF125 c/p re-size by 50% pull in front of the castle

BF120 c/p rotate 90° to the right, then re-size by 50% pull to the bottom right hand edge of the frame…

BF123  c/p rotate 90° to the right, pull to the castle and re-size by 60%

BF116 c/p mirror re-size by 75% pull to the left middle of grass…

BF112 c/p re-size by 35% pull to the lower left hand edge of limb…

BF98 c/p re-size by 50% pull to the lower right hand side of your tag…

BF133 c/p leave in the middle of your tag…

Take your tube c/p re-size by 45% pull to where she looks like she is sitting on the purple limb…

BF65 c/p mirror re-size by 45% add a sharpen more to the element, then add this drop shadow

Vertical 5

Horizontal 3

Opacity 55

Blur 5

Color black

BF2 c/p mirror re-size by 30% pull to the upper right hand on the edge of the leaf…

BF41 c/p re-size by 35% and pull to the right hand edge of the chest…

BF7 c/p re-size by 30% pull to the lower right hand corner of your tag…

BF11 c/p re-size by 25% pull to the upper left hand corner of the castle, copy this and paste it, mirror, and pull to the lower right hand just above the white deer…

BF132 c/p re-size by 60% pull to the left hand side of your tag, add a sharpen more to the element, and the drop shadow from above

Click on the bottom layer of your tag, just behind the frame

Using your circle tool and paper30 draw a circle behind the frame, just in side of it..

Now open paper6 flood fill and apply mask from above…

Merge what layers you need to, and go back to the upper most layer, add a new raster layer, add your copyright , your LIC# and give credit to the kit maker if he/she requires it by there TOU…
