Icy Winter
This tutorial is
written in PSP9, but any version should do.
This is written in
hopes you have a working knowledge of the program.
It is written in my
own thought’s and not meant to look like yours,
I am using the PTU

Open a 700x700 size
tag, you can re-size it later
Frame2 c/p re-size by
65% leave in the middle of the frame
75 c/p re-size by 55%
pull to the very left hand edge, make the middle of the window even with the
frame, clean out the window on the inside of the frame, then add a sharpen more
to the element, copy and mirror pull to the right hand side of frame…
59 c/p re-size by 60%
pull to match the upper top part of silver frame, then crop off the outside of
the element…
54 c/p re-size by 45%
pull to the left hand edge of silver frame…
14 c/p re-size by 40%
rotate 45° to the left and pull it even with lamp post, add a sharpen more to
the element…
Take your tube paste
as a new layer, mirror her, and pull her down to the lower bottom left hand
corner then re-size her by 65%...
13 c/p re-size by 50%
pull to the bottom right hand edge of the frame, I took my sharpen brush and
flowed it around on the book on the silver edging and flowers of book…
19 c/p re-size by 50%
pull to the left hand edge of the window…
7 c/p re-size by 25%
pull so it looks like 19 is under his feet…
89 c/p re-size by 60%
flip vertically pull to the lower right hand edge of the book…
52 c/p re-size by 25%
pull in front of the book in the middle, add a sharpen to the element…
5 c/p re-size by 30%
pull it to the lower left hand corner of your tag…
43 c/p re-size by 55%
pull to the bottom edge of your tag…
93 c/p re-size by 50%
pull to the left hand of bunny in box…
45 c/p re-size by 25%
pull to the lower right hand box with bunny…
91 c/p re-size by 50%
pull so it fits around the tube…
12 c/p re-size by 50%
pull to the right hand edge of your tag, it will cover the pinecone and the
books area, add a sharpen more and this drop shadow settings
Vertical 5
Horizontal 3
Opacity 40
Blur 5
Color black
Click on the very
bottom layer of your tag flood fill with paper 21 apply the mask from above,
then merge the mask into one group and upsize by 110% to make it show better
behind the tag…
