Open a 650X650 size tag you can size down later…

Frame 4 c/p re-size by 50% leave in the middle of your tag…

Take your tube and paste it as a new layer…

110 c/p re-size by 45% pull to the far right the frame…

7 c/p mirror rotate 45° to the right re-size by 30% add a sharpen more to the element…

126 c/p re-size by 65% pull to cover the bottom edge of tree, and tube, then copy mirror and pull to match the other sides, merge them into one layer and add a sharpen to the element…

93 c/p re-size by 25% pull to the left hand edge of tag…

91 c/p re-size by 25% pull to the left of other flower…

45 c/p re-size by 25% pull to cover the bottom of the flowers….

9 c/p re-size by 25% pull over the top of the flowers…

75 c/p re-size by 25% pull to the far left hand edge of garden tool...

5 c/p re-size by 15% pull to the middle of daisy…

71 c/p re-size by 25% pull to the right hand edge of tag…

68 c/p re-size by 20% pull to the side of the chair…

89 c/p re-size by 25% pull to the left hand edge of table…

12 c/p re-size by 10% pull to the top of table…

38 c/p re-size by 15% pull to the right hand edge of fan…

3 c/p re-size by 25% pull in front of chair…

125 c/p re-size by 60% add a sharpen more to the element and pull to the middle of the tag…

Go to the bottom layer of your tag flood fill with paper13 apply the mask from above
