Open a 700x700 tag you can re-size later

When working with a tube that has multiple layers you always want to merge the one’s you want to work with into a new layer, then make a smaller size one the height no bigger than 600pixel high, and make a close up of the full size one.

I am only using the tube with his necklace on him.

E46 c/p re-size by 60% leave in the middle of the tag

Take the close up you made what ever you wish, pull to where the face is behind the element, and crop just his face off (however you wish to do this)

Apply the below Radiance Settings

Strangeness 213

Charm 219

Truth 128

Beauty 255

Soften the edge of the tube so it does not look jagged…

Add this drop shadow to E45

Vertical 5

Horizontal 3

Opacity 50

Blur 5

Color black

E62 c/p up-size by 110% pull to make it look like it’s his crown; this will show above the circle, that’s ok…

E05 c/p re-size by 85% pull to the bottom edge of tag…

E41 c/p re-size by 30% pull to the far left hand edge of your tag…

E40 c/p re-size by 45% pull to the right hand edge of your tag…

E07 c/p re-size by 25% pull to the bottom edge of water, cope mirror and pull even with it so they overlap the water, merge into one layer…

E44 c/p re-size by 40% pull to the right hand edge of your tag…

E23 c/p re-size by 70% pull to cover the bottom edge of seahorse…

E29 c/p re-size by 45% pull to the left hand edge of your tag…

E47 c/p move it to the left hand side of your tag in the middle of the water splash…

E16 c/p re-size by 25% pull to the right hand edge of tag but on the left of seahorse element…

E21 c/p rotate 90° to the right pull even with the left hand edge of your tag.. Copy that again and paste it on the right hand edge of your tag also…

Go down to the very bottom of your tag flood fill with paper05 and apply mask from above, merge into one group add a sharpen more and the drop shadow from above…

Go back to the upper most top layer of tag, add a new raster layer and add your copyright and credit to kit maker if they require it, make sure you have a PFD # to use this tube….
