Open a 670x670 you can re-size it later

E29 c/p re-size by 75%

Take a close up of one of the tubes you want to use paste it behind the element, crop where just her face is showing behind the window of E29…

Go back to the layer above E29

E3 c/p re-size by 55% pull even with the bottom of the E29 rotate 15° to the right…

E6 c/p re-size by 75% pull to the bottom of E29…

E8 c/p re-size by 65% pull to the lower left hand edge of tag…

E68 c/p re-size by 45% pull it to match the other water on the left hand edge of your tag…

Take the 2^nd tube your wanting to use one that kneels is a great choice paste re-size it by 70%(this will vary depending on what tube you use) and pull it to the far left hand end of dolphin…

E22 c/p re-size by 45% pull to the far right hand edge of sand…

E45 c/p re-size by 30% pull to the right in front of the rock…

E43 c/p re-size by 40% pull to the middle of your tag, on the right hand side of dolphin…

E5 c/p re-size by 40% pull to the left hand edge of basket of shells…

E74 c/p re-size by 15% pull to the right hand edge of basket of shells…

Go to the very bottom layer of your tag, flood fill with paper8 apply mask from above, or one of your choice, merge into on layer apply a sharpen more, and this drops shadow

Opacity 60

Blur 5

Color black…

Go back to the top most layer and add a new raster layer and add your copyright for the artist and kit maker if she requires it..
