Upsize the canvas to 710x710

Shift +D to duplicate, then close the original temp…

Layer 1 &2 flood fill with paper12

Layer 3&4 add a gradient glow the blue off of her tail…

Layer 5 make the opacity 100% then add a blue from your tube, you can use the same color from above…

Layer 6 flood fill with paper 8

E15 c/p re-size by 75% pull to the lower left hand edge of layer 6

E2 c/p re-size by 25% pull to the upper right hand edge of your tag…

Take your tube re-size so she is 550pixels in length then paste mirror and pull to sit on the wave on the dolphin…

E48 c/p re-size by 15% mirror pull to sit on her back by her fin…

Layer 7, 8, &9 colorize a blue to match your tube or the kit…

Take the square from raster 11 and use it to copy the eye and paste it on top of raster 11, 13, and 15 merge 10, 12&14, then flood fill it those with paper 9…

E24 c/p pull to the far right hand edge of your tag, then pull behind the eye layers…

Click on the top most raster layer of your tag open

E 26 c/p re-size by 55% pull to the far right hand edge of your tag…

E20 c/p re-size by 35% pull to the far right hand edge of your tag …

E6 c/p re-size by 25% pull to the left hand edge by the eyes…

E14 c/p re-size by 20% pull to the left of rock cluster…

E22 c/p re-size by 25% pull to the neck of bottle of shells..

E36 c/p re-size by 25% pull to the far left hand edge of your tag…

E23 c/p re-size by 20% pull to the right of the shell…

E40 c/p rotate 20° to the right re-size by 35% pull to sit on blue bottle…

E18 c/p re-size by 15% pull to sit on the right hand prong of anchor…

Add a new raster layer for your copyrights and give credit to kit maker if she requires this, add a saying and your done…
