Up-size the canvas of the template to 725x725 you can size down later

Remove the copyright layer delete the white from the background layer

Level 1&2 flood fill with paper 15 rotate the paper 45°to the left to make more color show up

Level 3 add a noise of your choice I use

Uniform Noise 100% and Monochrome check-marked

Level 4 add a corona of pink

Level 5&6 flood fill with paper13

Level 7&8 flood fill with paper 4

Level 9 flood fill with paper 5

Level 10 flood fill with a light pink

Level 11&12 add the same noise from above

Level 13 flood fill with paper 1

Level 14 flood fill with paper 12

E83 c/p re-size by 40% pull to the lower right hand edge of your tag…

E12 c/p re-size by 40% pull to the right of green leaves…

E28 c/p re-size by 65% pull to the far left hand edge of your tag…

E4 c/p mirror re-size by 50% pull to the middle of leaves…

E8 c/p re-size by 20% pull to the upper left hand edge of your tag, add this drop shadow

Vertical 5

Horizontal 2

Opacity 50

Blur 5

Color black

E22 c/p re-size by 40% pull it to the far left hand edge of the tag…

Take the re-sized down version of your tube paste it and re-size it by 80% then pull to the bottom edge of green leaf…

E35 c/p rotate 90° to the left re-size by 75% pull to sit on the bottom edge of your tube…

E61 c/p re-size by 35% pull to the lower right of your tube…

E77 c/p re-size by 20% pull to the left of orange flowers…

E101 c/p re-size by 55% pull to the upper left hand edge of your tag..

E1 c/p re-size by 55% pull to the far right hand edge of your tag

Add a new raster layer for your copyright and credit for the kit maker and add a saying for the tag…
