Open a 725x725

E4 c/p leave as it falls in tag…

E41 c/p pull it  to the top of the frame…

E35 c/p pull behind the frame re-size by 80%...

E36 c/p re-size by 65% pull to the middle of your frame

Click on frame

E3 c/p pull to the far left hand edge of your tag…

E19 c/p pull to the left hand edge of tag c/p mirror pull to the right hand edge of your tag…

E13 c/p rotate it by  90° to the right pull even with the sand…

E9 c/p re-size by 80% pull to the far right hand edge of your tag…

E97 c/p re-size by 40% pull to sit on the left middle of your frame…

Take your tube re-size by 45% mirror it then pull to sit on bottom edge of your frame…

E1 c/p re-size by 25% pull to the hand she is leaning on…

E48 c/p re-size by 15% pull to left of black shell…

E29 c/p mirror re-size by 35% pull to sit flush with black pearl…

E78 c/p re-size by 25% pull to sit on top of her fin…

E5 c/p mirror re-size by 55% pull to the upper left hand edge of your frame…

E17 c/p pull to sit on bottom edge of your tube…

E94 c/p mirror pull to lay on the bottom of the tag…

E90 c/p re-size by 55% pull to the upper right hand edge of your tag…

Go to the bottom layer of your tag flood fill with paper 19 apply mask from above, merge into one raster layer add a sharpen more and a drop shadow of your choice…
