Up-size the template to 725x725

Remove copyright layer and background layer

Raster 1 flood fill with paper 17

Merged layer flood fill with paper 8

Raster 2 flood fill with paper 13

Click on raster 1

E61 c/p re-size by 75% pull to the middle right hand edge of your tag…

E17 c/p re-size by 30% pull to sit on right hand edge of sand castle…

E6 c/p re-size by 30% pull to the far left hand edge of your tag…

E20 c/p re-size by 25% pull to sit in front of sand castle…

E46 c/p re-size by 75% pull to sit on top of bottom line…

Take the tube out of the kit you wish to use, re-size by 55% pull to sit in the middle of your flowers… (mine is in the kit also)

Click on top most layer of your tag

E54 c/p re-size by 35% pull to cover up bottom right of your tag…

E98 c/p re-size by 50% pull to sit on top of bottom left of your tag…

E12 c/p re-size by 35% pull to sit on top of flower on right hand edge of your tag…

E30 c/p re-size by 55% pull to sit by her fin on the left hand edge of your tag…

E7 c/p re-size by 35% pull to sit on top of kelp/rocks…

E31 c/p re-size by 25% pull to sit  to the left of  the seadragon…

E117 c/p re-size by 55% pull to the lower right hand edge of your tag, c/p flip vertical mirror pull to the upper left hand edge of your tag…

Make a new raster layer for your copyright for the tag and make sure to credit the tube…
