This tutorial is written in Corel X5, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 725x725(size down at the end)

Frame1 c/p re-size by 73%

E15m c/p pull to the bottom of the frame…

Take the tube with the hanging stars, c/p pull to sit on ledge in window re-size down by 73%

E7 c/p re-size by 83% pull to the left hand edge of your tag…

E13 c/p re-size by 53% pull to the lower right of the frame…

E10 c/p rotate it by 35° to the right re-size by 51% pull to stand in front of grass

E8 c/p re-size by 60% pull to sit in front of grass…

E2 c/p re-size by 33%

E3 c/p re-size by 33% pull to sit by candle…

E1 c/p re-size by 40% pull to the right hand edge of frame…

E6 c/p re-size by 16% pull to sit on top of box…

E18 c/p re-size by 43% pull to sit on bottom of purple flower…

E20 c/p mirror re-size by 41% pull to sit by star on the key of the tube…

Take a 2^nd copy of your tube, I’m using the kitten w/out wings re-size it by 43% pull to sit on the edge of the purple box…

Take the word art add a gradient glow of your choice I used with then purple, and pull it above the small kitten…

Go to bottom layer re-size canvas to 700x700 (make sure it’s centered)

Flood fill with paper5 apply mask from above, merge into one layer re-size by 90%

Go back to top most layer of your tag add your copyrights (make sure you have the correct website for this artist, give credit to kit maker , add a name to the tag and your done…
