Open a 725x725(size down at the end)

Frame1 c/p re-size by 73%

E15m c/p pull to the bottom of the frame…

Take the tube with the hanging stars, c/p pull to sit on ledge in window re-size down by 73%

E7 c/p re-size by 83% pull to the left hand edge of your tag…

E13 c/p re-size by 53% pull to the lower right of the frame…

E10 c/p rotate it by 35° to the right re-size by 51% pull to stand in front of grass

E8 c/p re-size by 60% pull to sit in front of grass…

E2 c/p re-size by 33%

E3 c/p re-size by 33% pull to sit by candle…

E1 c/p re-size by 40% pull to the right hand edge of frame…

E6 c/p re-size by 16% pull to sit on top of box…

E18 c/p re-size by 43% pull to sit on bottom of purple flower…

E20 c/p mirror re-size by 41% pull to sit by star on the key of the tube…

Take a 2^nd copy of your tube, I’m using the kitten w/out wings re-size it by 43% pull to sit on the edge of the purple box…

Take the word art add a gradient glow of your choice I used with then purple, and pull it above the small kitten…

Go to bottom layer re-size canvas to 700x700 (make sure it’s centered)

Flood fill with paper5 apply mask from above, merge into one layer re-size by 90%

Go back to top most layer of your tag add your copyrights (make sure you have the correct website for this artist, give credit to kit maker , add a name to the tag and your done…

Open a 725x725 size tag (72dpi)

You can size it down later

Frame1c/p re-size by 65%

E9 c/p re-size by 50% pull to the upper left corner of your frame…

E4 c/p re-size by 70% pull to the right hand edge of your frame…

E12 c/p re-size by 80% pull to the bottom of tree…

Take your tube c/p re-size by 75% pull it even with the bottom of your frame…

E1 c/p re-size by 40% pull to sit on the left side of cupcake in the tube…

E15 c/p re-size by 40% pull to sit in front of tree…

E8 c/p re-size by 40% pull to sit in front of the lemonade Stand…

E2 c/p re-size by 20% pull to sit in front of cupcake in the tube…

E19 c/p re-size 35% pull to sit on the corner of the money sign…

E5 c/p re-size by 20% pull to sit in front of leaf….

E10 c/p re-size by 20% pull to sit on left of lemon with leaves…

E7 c/p mirror re-size by 50% pull to sit in front of cupcakes and other elements…

E17 c/p re-size by 50% pull to the middle of your tube…

Now go to the bottom layer of your tag just below the frame, using your rectangle tool make one behind the frame…

Now go back to the top most layer of your tag add a new raster layer for your credits and License number info.. Add  a saying and your done…

Upsize the canvas to 710x710

Remove white background layer

Aqua rectangle flood fill with paper 5

White oval colorize to a blue color to match the kit/tube

Blue Oval colorize with paper 1

Top and bottom purple shape flood fill with paper 4

Dark blue top and bottom flood fill with paper 2

Top and bottom Aqua Circles flood fill with paper 9

Bottom purple rectangles and top purple rectangle flood fill with a color from your tube

Here are my settings

Add a noise of

Uniform

Noise 35%

Monochrome checked

Word art use Gradient Glow the same color you used above, use the same setting on the dashed lines

Take your tube c/p re-size by 35% pull behind the words but in front of the dashed lines…

E13 c/p pull behind the tube, c/p a 2^nd layer mirror , then merge them into one layer.

Still be hind the tube

E2 c/p re-size by 65% pull to the very edge of her tail…

Click on your tube

E21 c/p re-size by 50% pull to the left hand edge of your tube..

E18 c/p re-size by 50% pull to the left of blue plant…

E9 c/p re-size by 35% pull to sit in between her hands…

E1 c/p re-size by 30% pull to the left of pink coral…
e8 c/p re-size by 25% pull to the right of pink coral…

E7 c/p pull to sit in front of water plants…

E15 c/p pull to the right of water …

E19 c/p re-size by 21% pull to sit in between her hands by her top…

Add a new raster layer for your copyrights and credit to kit maker, add a saying and your done…

Open a 715x715 size tag

Frame 4 c/p re-size by 85%

E24 c/p pull behind your tube flip vertical , pull to the top of your frame…

E5 c/p pull to the far right hand edge of your tag…

E12 c/p rotate 90° to the left pull to the far left hand edge of your tag…

Take the sized down version of your tube paste pull it to the bottom of the frame…

E11 c/p re-size by 85% pull to the lower right hand edge of your tube…

E22 c/p re-size by 60% pull to the far left hand edge of your tag…

E2 c/p re-size by 50% pull to the left of pillow…

E27 c/p re-size by 75% pull to the middle of your tag…

E3 c/p re-size by 60% pull to the left of mug…

E1 c/p re-size by 60% pull to the right of mug…

E29 c/p re-size by 50% pull to sit in her hand make it look like she is holding it up…

Go to bottom layer of your tag flood fill with paper 2 apply mask from above, up-size to 105% merge into one raster…

Now go back to top most layer and add a new raster for your copyright’s and credit the kit maker, add a saying and your done…

Up the canvas size to 725 we can size down later

Use Shift+D to duplicate then close the original template

Remove the copyright layer, and the white from the background layer…

(we may use papers more than once)

Raster 2 flood fill with paper 1

Raster 5 flood fill paper 5

For raster 10 use the Add noise setting  in PSP make it Gaussian 100% and monochrome checked delete her shadow layer and add this one

Vertical 5

Horizontal -5

Opacity 85

Blur 5

Color black

Raster 7 flood fill with paper3

Raster 11 add the same noise from above and same drop shadow also…

Raster 6 flood fill with paper 1…

Raster 3 flood fill with paper4

Raster 9 negative image and add the same noise and drop shadow from above

Raster 4 flood fill with paper 3

Raster 8 uses the same setting we used for raster 9, along with the same noise and add a white gradient glow to the raster…

Click on raster 4 take a close up of her face and put it behind the frame…

Click on raster 8…

E5 c/p re-size by 55% pull to the lower left hand edge of the frame, and c/p mirror pull it to the bottom right hand edge of frame…

E4 c/p re-size by 55% pull to the lower right hand edge of black leaf, then c/p mirror and pull to the left hand leaf…

E3 c/p re-size by 50% pull to the bottom right of your tag…

E21 c/p re-size by 50% pull to the left of bowl…

E6 c/p pull to sit on the bottom edge of string…

E9 c/p pull to the right side of your red rose rotate 45° to the right….

E20 c/p re-size by 50% pull to the lower left edge of heart…

E15 c/p re-size by 50% pull to the far left hand edge of your tag, c/p mirror pull to the upper right hand edge of your tag…

Make a new raster layer for your copyright’s and credit the kit maker, add a saying you want on your tag and you’re done, I also re-sized the whole tag down to 700x700
