Open a 750x750 size tag (Size down at the end)

Window frame c/p size this down by 55%

Add this drop shadow (DS)

Vertical 7

Horizontal 5

Opacity 45

Blur 7

 Color black

Clock c/p size this down by 35% pull to sit on the left door edge to window

Flower bouquet c/p size this down by 35% pull to lay on left edge of clock

Stacked boxes c/p size this down by 30% pull to the lower left of window

Take Tube 9 out of the package c/p size her down by 20% pull to the right edge of the window frame

Puppy c/p size this down by 25% pull to sit on her lap

Flowers in box c/p size this down by 35% pull to sit by her hand

Steamed flowers c/p size this white one down by 35% pull to lean on left edge of stacked boxes

Hearts in a box c/p mirror size this down by 29% pull to sit in front of white rose

Cherubs 2 c/p size this down by 25% pull to the left of hearts in box

Flowers 1 c/p mirror size this down by 25% pull to sit in front of cherubs

Ribbon Curls 2 c/p size this down by 25% pull to sit in front of box w/ flowers

Gem deco 1 c/p size this down by 25% pull to the left of box with flowers

Ribbon curls 6 c/p size this down by 25% pull to sit on left edge of pink ribbon

Sweet treat 2 c/p size this down by 15% pull to sit on right edge of curls1

Deco box 2 c/p size this down by 20% pull to sit in the middle of the tag

Roses 1 c/p size this down by 25% pull to sit in front of box

Sparkles 3 c/p pull to sit over the bottom of the tag, on puppy and bottom of tube

Click on bottom layer of your tag

Open paper 28 using your rectangle tool draw one behind the window frame, merge into a raster layer.

Click on top most layer of your tag add a new raster layer for your copyrights and credit to artist; add a saying to the tag and you’re done..
