This tutorial is written in Corel 2021, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 750x750 size tag

Frame 6 c/p size this down by 65%

Take the colorized version of the tube we are using paste it behind the frame size her down by 43% pull to the bottom frame, using your selection tool select inside the bottom frame, clean ever thing off but her face inside of the frame

Take a 2^nd tube mirror size her down by 43% pull her face inside of the top frame crop off any showing outside the frame

E81 c/p pull to the top of the frames

E17 c/p pull to the middle of the frames so just a bit is showing behind the frames on left edge of the tag

E68 c/p rotate it 45° to the right pull behind the tubes, make it show on the outside top of frame

Click on top most layer of your tag

E26 c/p mirror pull to the bottom of the bottom of left frame

E20 c/p size this down by 55% pull to sit on the right edge of frame

E23 c/p size this down by 51% pull to sit on bottom of the tag

E19 c/p size down by 51% rotate 30° to the right pull to the upper right of the frame

E6 c/p size this down by 51% duplicate this layer, merge into one layer add a small drop shadow

Vertical 0

Horizontal 2

Opacity 45

Blur 7

Color black

E14 c/p size this down by 34% pull to sit under the bow

E25 c/p size this down by 45% pull so it sit on the left top of bottom frame

E97 c/p size this bird down by 22% pull to sit on right of birdcage

E27 c/p size this down by 45% pull to fly above the bird cage

Click on bottom layer of your tag

We are not using a paper for this tag

E64 c/p pull one to the upper left edge of tag, take a 2^nd one and pull to the bottom right of your tag

Click on top most layer of your tag add a new raster layer for the copyrights and credit to kit maker, make sure you have a valid CDO License to use this tube, Add a saying to the tag and you’re done
