Upsize the canvas size to 700x700

Delete layer 9&8

Layer 1&2 flood fill with paper 1

3 flood fill with paper 9

4 flood fill with paper 12

5 flood fill this layer with paper 6

6 flood fill with paper 2

112 c/p size this down by 39% pull the 1^st copy to the right side of circle, and take a 2^nd copy paste mirror pull to the left side of the circle

Take the colorized version of the tube we are using, c/p size her down by 14% pull so she is standing in between the flowers

43 c/p size this down by 25% pull to the left edge of the tube

45 c/p size this down by 50% pull to the bottom of the tube

7 c/p size this down by 20% pull to left edge of flowers

74 c/p size this down by 33% pull to the far right hand edge of the tag

79 c/p size this down by 16% pull to sit on left of cup with rose

78 c/p size this down by 19% pull to sit on left of E74

13 c/p size this down by 19% pull to sit by pink bottle

16 c/p size this down by 15% pull to sit on right edge of the book

104 c/p size this down by 18% pull to sit by cupcake

6 c/p size this down by 16% pull to sit on left side of raspberry drink

19 c/p size this down by 15% mirror sit besides the candles

Click on bottom layer of your tag

117 c/p size this down by 75% pull to the upper right edge of the tag, take a 2^nd copy flip vertical mirror pull to the lower left edge of the tag

Click back on the top most layer of your tag, then add a new raster layer, for the credits and copyright info, add a saying to the tag and you’re done…
