Open a 750x750

67 c/p rotate 45° to the right , then size this down by 69%

70 c/p size this down by 31% pull to the bottom left of the frame

Take the colorized version of the tube you wish to use, c/p size her down by 24% pull to sit in top of the suitcase’s

33 c/p size this down by 65% pull to the right edge of the frame, now click on the frame layer, erase any that is showing behind the stairs (insert pic)

2 c/p size this down by 25% pull to sit on the lip of 2^nd suitcase

15 c/p pull to sit on the top of the stairs, make a 2^nd copy of the stairs, so some of them is showing on the bottom of E2

43 c/p size this down by 35% pull to sit on right side of suitcases

52 c/p size this down by 21% pull so it looks’s like it is hanging of her left wing ring

85 c/p size this down by 17% pull to sit under her foot

102 c/p size this down by 14% pull to sit in the middle of the stairs

6 c/p size these down by 10% pull to sit on stair under the wineglass

81 c/p size this down by 18% pull to sit by the purse on the ground

97 c/p size this down by 12% pull to sit on the left edge of the book

7 c/p size this down by 23% pull to sit on bottom step of the stairs

Click on bottom layer of your tag flood fill with paper 1 apply the mask from above, or one of your choice ( I choose this as it has steampunk gears on it) merge this into one layer.

Click on top most layer of your tag make a new raster layer for the copyright and credit to kit maker, and License information, add a saying to the tag and you’re done…
