Open a 750x750

Frame 5 c/p rotate 90° to the left then size it down by 60%

16 c/p size this down by 40% pull to the far left edge of the frame

97 c/p mirror size this down by 45% pull to sit on left edge of couple statue

70 c/p size this down by 40% pull to the left edge of the frame

86 c/p size this down by 40% pull to the bottom of the violin

Take the colorized version of the tube (pink) size her down by 25% pull to the bottom of your frame

43 c/p mirror size this down by 31% pull to the right edge of the tube

95 c/p size this down by 30% pull to the left side of the tube

5 c/p size this down by 22% pull to sit on right edge of the pink heart

21 c/p size this down by 15% pull to the left side of the pink heart

88 c/p size this down by 25% pull to the middle of the tube

27 c/p size this down by 30% pull to sit on far right of the tag

69 c/p size this down by 15% pull to sit by box with pretty pink bow on top

12 c/p size this down by 15% pull to sit in front of heart box

90 c/p size this down by 20% pull to sit by glass of wine

100 c/p size this down by 25% pull to sit on right of other glass of wine

2 c/p size this down by 13% pull to the far right edge of the tag

47 c/p size this down by 13% pull the candle to sit in front of drinks

46 c/p mirror size this down by 13% pull to sit by the candles

Click on bottom layer of the tag flood fill with paper4 apply mask from above, merge this into one layer…

Click on top most layer of your tag, I’m adding a sparkle brush to the tag , you can add what ever sparkle you like to use
