This tutorial is written in Corel 2021, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

I am using a Mask by Fania Love

Open a 750x750

Open paper 3, then size it down to fit the canvas apply the mask from above, Do not merge this yet

Click on the layer below the mask

05 c/p behind the mask, but above the paper, size this down by 30% pull to sit in the upper left edge of the mask some of the back of the building will be hidden with the mask

11 c/p size this down by 30% pull to the lower right of the sand inside of the mask, then mirror that layer

Now you can merge this into one layer

Click on top layer of your tag

3 c/p size this down by 24% pull to the lower left of the tag

28 c/p size this down by 13% pull to stand in front of bush

Take the colorized version of the tube you want to use, c/p, and then size her down by 13% pull to the far right edge of the tag, in front of the plants

8 c/p size this down by 9% pull to sit on the far right of the tiki bar

2 c/p size this down by 13% pull to sit by her foot

24 c/p size this down by 13% pull to the right edge of the tube

43 c/p size this down by 10% pull to sit on left side of the statue

22 c/p size this down by 13% pull to hang off the left edge of the tiki bar

44 c/p size this down by 11% pull to sit in front of the statue

9  c/p size this down by 8% pull to sit by parrot on right edge of the tag

39 c/p size this down by 8% pull to sit on right side of the drink

46 c/p size this down by 8% pull to sit on left edge of the ball

48 c/p size this down by 13% pull to sit in between the cupcakes

23 c/p size this down by 13% pull to sit on left edge of the drink

Add a new layer for the copyrights and credit to kit maker, add a saying to the tag and you’re done…
