Terms of Use 

TOU December 2023*updated*

These TOU include all PU, FTU and Collab Kits...

These TOU supersede all previous HoDG terms of use and are retroactive...

1. Do not rip my kits, it is not nice or legal.

2. Do not share my free kits with others, please send them to my blog to get.

3. Do not take and use in with other kits (kit mixing).

4. Do not use my Word Art unless commissioned for yourself or a group you are a member of.

5. Do not re-sell just the papers or claim them as your own item.

Many of them are special made using JWildfire or are from scratch.

For this we do have CU paks with papers and other elements available on our site.

6. Do not sell the elements I make as your own.

Some of the elements are CU and resellable please contact us for further information.

Most of the elements are NOT resellable by me/us.

7. Do not give away my kits they are PU or Collab; unless I state they are FTU.

If the kit is FTU, all items in it are FTU and can be gotten from legitimate sources on the internet so you don't have to rip mine apart for the free elements. I will tell you where to get them.

8. Do not re-color or alter the elements as they are made a certian way and some TOU's may not allow recolorization.

9. Do not add others Kits to my kits to make a tag, or share, that's just rude

If I made a mistake and an item is in a FTU kit and it is not please pm me and I will fix the error.

TOU’s for Forums (if requested)...

1. The above rules apply.

2. No sharing or uploading of this to another site, you can not add them to your tutorial supplies either.

3. If you use my Templates on a forum challenge I’d like a link to see what your members made.

4. No tags for me is necessary, but just a tag to show what you or your members made with the template would be nice.

The kits and clusters can be used with any artist. I have no restrictions on tubes that can be used with my kits.
