Mobster's Rule by LadyDragus

I'm using the artwork of  Keith Garvey I bought these tube's when he was with PTE,but now you can buy them at his very own store...
You have to have a license to use his work get one here Garv-Girls-PSP tubes

Open a 600x325 new tag

Open PK-M-Filmreell, past it as a new layer

Using PK-M-P15 and using your rectangle tool make a frame behind frame as the background.

Open PK-M-Lips re-size if by 55% post it on top of frame copy that object past it again, and mirror it . 

Use PK-M-Hands re-size it by 55% paste it over the frame, in the lower right hand corner. 

Open PK-M-StarSpray, and past it behind your background and put it in the upper right hand corner, paste a second one, and filp it and mirror it to make it in the lower left hand corner, makes them both look like they are coming from the corners. 

The way i'm using the tube is cropping the faces off of them, and pasting them as a different layer, use your tubes that way or make them smaller to fit.

I'm using Feast of Flesh 

Add your name and your copyright for the tubes you use'd and save it, your done.
