Now open a 400x400 image to make the snap gumdrop addition to the frame(optional if you want to)

PK-SF-Gummy PK-SF-Gummy2 , and PK-SF-Gummy3

you will also need PK-SF-Lolli1 

Paste all 3 gummy's, into your tag, and merge then re-size by 65% then you will take the Lolli and paste it behind the gumdrops rotate it 90 degrees behind where it is laying behind the gum drops, you will copy that and  paste that then mirror it make sure they are both behind the gumdrops. You should re-size the lolli to be about the same size as your gumdrops, then mere them all and above the frame, you might have to resize them to make it fit in the frame it should look like our behind one of the cupcakes and in front of the other.

A Standing tube works best for this tut. I pasted the tube above the frame, but behind the snap-Gummy's 

Now on the background I only used the 3 gumdrops merged and pasted it in a 500x500 image over and over till it filled the whole tag. you will take it paste behind the frame size up to match the frame, but clean out any that goes over the border of the frame.. Then  i added Noise from PSP effect. 20% noise and Uniform also checked should be Monochrome. 

Add your copyright for your tube, and your name and your done. Oh i used the gummy background for the name I am using font LairssExtrabold Here at Font Zone Font
