I know everyone loves freebies, so today my forum style tut  will be written using the work of Mitch Foust. He used to be with MPT, but now is a general permission artist You can get his art off his Deviantart account Mitch Foust his TOU are located on his main site here TOU's
He is a wonderful man and artist ... So make sure you give credit where it is needed.. always with FTU artist you need to respect their TOU's and make sure they are credited to what ever website he says to use..
I'm using the font Star Craft

I am using a PTU Kit by Scraping Krazy Designs or one of your choice
the name of the scrap kit is Gothic Muse
You can buy it at one of her stores here Scraping Krazy Designs
Open a 600 x 300 image
Open paper15 and flood fill that layer with it as your back ground
Open the image "moon" and paste it as a new layer, then re-size it 70%
Take your tube copy it and past as a new layer over the moon where it looks like she is standing in front of the moon
You will past the tube on a new layer and mirror it and paste it on the right hand side of the tag, and lower the opacity to 50% to make her look ghost like..

Open star 1 which is the black star and post, make the very right edge


Open lips 1 and lips 2 copy them and paste as new layers then re-size both of them by 50% past the red lips first then the black lips on top to make the black stand out.( i put a drop shadow on the black set of lips to make them look "3d")
As a final step make a whole new layer over the whole tag- Go to Effect's 3d and buttonize with these setting's. The color is black i'm using red also looks nice as a border.

To get the effect I have on my text you will need the foreground stroke of  Red-color set to 2 and use the Paper15 as the background/fill properties... Add a drop Shadow to the final text 


This is it.. Make sure you add your copy right to the tag, and please give Mitch the credit he deserves for using his artwork in a tag..
