I am using the scrap kit of Coyotie Designs at AIL ,The scrap kit is Spring Time Follies
 and i'm using the wonderful artwork of  Anna Liwanag

  I bought it when she was with PTE, but you can get it now at CDO CDO

Open a 600x600 Image

I'm using PSP9 and this is written in hope's you have a working knowledge of using it

Open cds_sft_pp2 Using your Elispe tool with a width of 15 draw a circle convert to raster layer cut it out and then paste as a new layer, delete old layer

Open cds_sft_pp9 using the elispe tool again but with a width of 20 make a circle, then convert to raster layer, again cut it out, paste it as a new layer, and pull it behind the first circle

Now using these setting on Add noise 50%

You then will merge the two layers into one layer.. You can merge down...

add drop shadow with above settings... 

Open cds_sft-startrial sharpen it, then re-size by 75% center it on top of the frame

Open cds_stf_roseandribbon re-size it by 50% put it behind the startrial sharpen to make it stand out.. (note***always sharpen when you re-size it makes it stand out and you don't loose anything when you have to size something down**) 

Open cds_stf_angelcake copy/paste it in front of startrail, and re-size by 65% pull it to the right hand side of the startrail

Open sadbunny, and copy/paste as new layer Mirror and re-size by 50% put the the left hand side of cake

Open your tube and copy the "headShot' or close up and paste it as the bottom layer, You will need to clean the edges of the closeup where none show ..

Using cds_stf_pp9 flood fill behind close up(make a new layer) and I'm using a mask from RebelDezignMask-12 You needed to be a member of her forum... But any "frilly" circle mask will do for this setting...

Take the "standing" tube of your set, and paste it as a new layer in front of everything pull it over to the far right, and add your copyright to the tag and what ever name you want to use and your done..

I'm using a the font Lesline

I'm using a dark blue gradient as the foreground color, and cds_stf_pp7 as the background color.
